This opportunity is fanastic it’s amazing how many people with money have disblief this type of imcome is pssible and if they rely on a Real Estate agent to analyze the process with them, don’t waste your time, been there done that it will not result in success of any type. I got an investor with 40k and 1% down.
today I will attempt to close the business relationship. To be honest and I know it sounds weak but I feel Mr D could wrap this up with a 10 minute phone call.

I understood everything that you discussed in the video, and it all made sense to me. What amazes me was that you could make up this deal after seeing it in the bank’s books, along with six others, in a just a few hours. It all was so simple and made so much sense when you stepped through it. I hope that I can end up being to conceive the deals in my head like you do so easily. Thanks for the video.

Durante, this is amazing. Like you said, I always thought commercial real estate was the domain of the big corporations and and guys like Trump. After this video, I can now see myself doing this. Wow! Thanks for the info and for doing is a way that wasn’t slick and hyped-up, but just down-to-earth and very motivating to a regular person like me.

This is simply amazing. I have never seen or heard anything like this. l lost my job from corporate american and struggling to make ends meet, in fact, l’m almost broker because l resolved to work for myself. After more 20 years on the job, l want to do something for a change for my self and my family. You talked about believability factor in one of the video, after watching the presentation, the unique system, l am 110% convinced that this is for real. I still need to watch the last video but l just can’t wait to tell how excited l was to come accross your site while surfing the net. How do l get involved? How much and how soon? Thanks a lot.

Hello Durante.

The biggest thing that I learned from watching these videos is that I have to enlarge my vision for what is possible in my life. Watching you created such large sums of money seemingly out of “thin air” is nothing less than modern day alchemy. I feel like you are my Merlin and I look forward to being your apprentice. I recently purchased the commercial lending course and just started the 8week program. In addition to becoming debt free, I now look forward to a life of abundance. You were right when you said that once we had this knowledge, it would be difficult to sleep if we don’t take action. Between these videos and the course on dvd, I can barely keep my eyes closed. I look forward to the release of your commercial shortsale program. Not only do I look forward to learning more, but I look forward to EXECUTING the strategies and EXPECTING the best.
