Great program, I would love to make a million dollars so i can leave my job. I have been thinking more about the real estate more than the paper side and can see the difference between the two now. I have done some residental short sales for investors with money and getting little money for it. It would feel great to be on the other side for once, especially with the right financing behind me. Thank you for this eye opening opportunity.

I am so amazed by your “Commercial Short Sale System”.
Thank you sincerely for your videos. They are truly awesome.
The quality of the videos and the content is excellent.
I think this system makes so much sense.

I have studied many other “guru” courses and one thing that I always had a problem with, was that it seemed to me that you must get financing before anything else. And you are the first and only one to acknowledge this, teach this, and apparently even provide this.
In addition, I want to be mentored by someone like you who is interested in “giving – not just getting.” I want to succeed “so that” I can provide for my family and for other people – especially those who have a disadvantage.

I am really interested in pursuing this with you.
However, I am a little confused about all the different programs you offer and which one (or all) are best for my situation.
You do have a form page that allows me to input some information and request for advice on which program to select, however, the submit page has an error.

This opportunity is fanastic it’s amazing how many people with money have disblief this type of imcome is pssible and if they rely on a Real Estate agent to analyze the process with them, don’t waste your time, been there done that it will not result in success of any type. I got an investor with 40k and 1% down.
today I will attempt to close the business relationship. To be honest and I know it sounds weak but I feel Mr D could wrap this up with a 10 minute phone call.

I understood everything that you discussed in the video, and it all made sense to me. What amazes me was that you could make up this deal after seeing it in the bank’s books, along with six others, in a just a few hours. It all was so simple and made so much sense when you stepped through it. I hope that I can end up being to conceive the deals in my head like you do so easily. Thanks for the video.
