YOU never seems to amaze me , well because you always persistant and you drive home what you set out to do. the things you teach and do , implement shouldnt be a reason students like myself couldnt make money in this business.
im going to stand tall and give my 110% im sure i will give birth to something. its always a pleasure to talk and listen to a great person . im talking about the person inside the TOP GUN MASTER. thanks DURANTE

makes ‘stealing candy from a baby’ a thing of the past! Words alone can’t describe the simplicity

List puts a little more perpective on trying to get wholesale deals and properties financed in a retail market. It just doesnt work that well. However, the way you extract that much money on a seemingly small deal is amazing. I know if we were to broker the same size deal it wouldn’t be close to the money we would make from employing this new strategy.

This system has very few moving parts which makes it simple to follow. Who knew that there was a way to solve your debt issues without taking years to do! Durante, you’ve laid out the tip of the iceberg, I’m sure, and I can’t wait to get to the “meat” later. Thanks for sharing.
I have been a real estate investor since 1978. I’ve seen alot of success & a lot of failures. I have a “hungry” attitude right now.
I have purchased most of the real estate seminars out there on the market. I have seen and read so many real estate systems, it makes my mind spin, but Durante Parks has put all of this information of the gurus out there in such a simplified form that anyone can understand it and become successful and his system is really unique by combining several strategies together in a special ways.
I feel that I’ve done Durante’s system in my mind already & closed on a multi-million dollar deal. I just haven’t done it in real life yet with 100% financing. I take my hat off to you Durante . You have gotten me to think in ways that I needed to think.
You have the best system out there & you have the best financing contacts and your system takes away all of the headaches & reasons that people fail & you’ve solved the biggest problems for people going into the deal.
You have nailed down the reasons why people fail: (1) Fear, (2) wrong belief, (3) procrastination. I love your “have to do” attitude to make a million dollars as fast as you can & it’s for your family & generations on both sides.
Like Yoda said to Luke Skywalker mildly scolding him: “there is no try, there is only do or not do.” I respect your winning attitude and your ability to teach and to define the real issues.
I am interested in your deal of 272 units in TN which is 50% occupied. love to be one of your partners friends, or assignees….. Hint… hint….. God bless you for the work that you are doing. I admire your simplicity, and your intelligence, and your very keen insights in the real estate business. I would be proud to be mentored by you. Your system solves one of the problems that many real estate investors suffer from which is “paralysis of analysis”. I know I suffer from that.
There’s no need to analyze everything about a property , as long as you do the basics & know exactly what you are looking for and why, and your system does all of that. I’m especially impressed by your claim that an insider in your group can purchase in special circumstances any value of a property with as little as $20,000 & get 100% financing with no special personal credit or qualifying as an “insider” with your group. Never heard such a claim before & I want to learn how to do that & how it all comes together. I love “creative financing” techniques. Financing has always been the main key that most people have trouble with.
Of course that is your specialty and the area where you stand out from the rest of the pack.
As previously stated, I am encouraged by your ability to make things that appear to be complex very simple. I have been a bank manager, realtor and loan officer over the last 20 years. Hit rock bottom and bouncing back and never have the information you have been teaching and sharing been laid out in such a manner that even my teenage children understand. Thank you, as it has been stated, ” when a student is ready to learn, a teacher will show”. You are a Master Teacher and Strategist!
Durante your system reminds me of the “bargain basement” or “closeout dept.”… and nobody else has found the door yet. I’ve been to a lot of webinars and no one else has ever even hinted of such a technique…. pretty cool!

When I became a Real Estate Broker in 1982, I was introduced to Creative Paper Techniqes and 1031
Exchanges from the masters. What I saw and learned caused my thinking regarding Real Estate Investing

Durante Parks is a financial genious. This fascinating series is very valuable for anyone who is interested in this topic. The information provided works well for the novice to the seasoned professional. This workshop can and will excede your expectations. Durante Parks is an excellent mentor.
Durante asks us, at the beginning, to identify a profound motive, not a want, but a deep desire to provide financial freedom for ourselves, but more importantly, our family and those to come. This motivation must be the driving force to succeed in his program.
How do you achieve this goal? A system : Financing in place first and then find the deals, REOS and the pre-foreclosure paper notes on Multifamily real estate. And he shows how.
Can it get any simpler than that? Durante takes directly to the center of the action. no theories here, fast and targeted action. Let us not disappoint us.

Maybe it was me, being a novice, not having the confidence to believe in what was being presented to me, but I believe that the expert should instill confidence in their students by the way that the information is presented and by showing that this is what they are doing in the field and that it is working for them right now. That’s the beauty of this program. It’s a SYSTEM that is being used today and the teacher is successfully using it.
I had given up hope that their was something out there that would help me get out of my J.O.B. until this came along.

Great content and awesome detail as usual. This info is very valuable and Durante does a fantastic job explaining the clear application of this information. I have applied these strategies and I can tell you that they all work. A lot “gurus” teach but have not done a deal themselves. Durante is doing and teaching, therefore is leading from the front. I appreciate the detail he takes to leave no doubt as to what you are required to do every step of the way. His motivating style is very appreciated by those who need someone who has done it to tell them they can too.

Durante, this is amazing. Like you said, I always thought commercial real estate was the domain of the big corporations and and guys like Trump. After this video, I can now see myself doing this. Wow! Thanks for the info and for doing is a way that wasn’t slick and hyped-up, but just down-to-earth and very motivating to a regular person like me.
